The D.Lgs. 116/2008 and law by decree for each drawing point, only foresee microbiologic parameters with searching of two indicators:

Moreover, to exclude possible risks for the bathers' health, risk evaluation are foreseen to avoiding the potential proliferation of cianobatteri, macroalghe and phytoplankton.
In the following table are reported the limit value of the bathing waters inquiry parameters, to evaluate the suitability during monitoring period.

If the limits are exceeded, Arpa Molise informs municipal authority that at the right time issues a decree of the Mayor to the temporary prohibition on whole bathing area and arranges suitable information to the bathers. Then in the following days and at crescent distance from drawing point, Arpa Molise carries out samplings to delimitate the area and until to the values of analysis evaluation are right. Then, with other decree of the Mayor, the bathing prohibition is revoked
