In the last year, the rules in force about bathing water have undergone a great evolution with changing whether in the monitoring or in the suitability settlement of the waters destined to bathing. In fact, new criteria have been established through Government Issue D.Lgs. n°116 of May 30th 2008, which put in practice the Directive 2006/7/CE with consequent repeal of Directive 76/160/CEE, and through law by decree D.M. March 30th 2010.
